Immerse yourself in a 4 day retreat in Swedens archipelago surrounded by nature and water to reclaim your inner and outer strength.
Together we will eat clean, move our bodies with both Kundalini and Flow Yoga , journal and practice ceremonies outdoors.
Nature and respect for all living things will be a crucial part of our retreat and we will weave a sense of joy, heart and movement to connect to ourselves.
After a long winter hibernating we celebrate moving our bodies, being together, dancing and embracing joy and stillness as well.
This retreat is suitable for everyone, whether you have little or extensive yoga experience. With two instructors, we can tailor the practice to your individual needs, supporting your yoga journey with personalized guidance and hands-on assists.
About us
Sandra and I, we are both longtime practitioners and teachers of yoga, shamanic inspired and somatic practices.
Sandra and I met 3 years ago while teaching the Mountain Yoga Festival in St. Anton, instantly recognizing each other as sisters it was very soon clear that one day we will co-create together. We are very excited that the time as come.
Sandra Wijkman Donovan has been teaching and practicing yoga for over 20 years . She started practicing yoga while attending acting school in NYC and was so deeply moved and inspired by the practice that it became a part of her whole life.
Sandra has been living and teaching yoga in both NYC , Mallorca and Sweden. She co founded and ran a beautiful studio called Earth Yoga in Palma de Mallorca for over 10 years. She now lives in Sweden where she teaches regular classes, retreats and teacher trainings .
Her teachings nowadays also includes shamanic inspired practices as she embarked on a Shamanic Healing journey about 8 years ago.
Flow Yoga, Yin and ceremonies are her main teachings where music, singing and getting in touch with the inner joy of movement is a fundamental ingredient in her teachings.
