There are so many different ways to journal. In this episode I speak about many different ways you can incorporate journaling into your life; for example stream of consciousness, writing letters, keeping a dream journal, journaling for creativity, gratitude journal or writing lists.
I talk about the acronym JOURNAL, different ways it can support you, and you can make it YOURS.
With many things, an all or nothing attitude keeps us from doing something; don’t pressure yourself to have to journal on a daily basis. Just try some of the things I mention in the episode and see how you feel.
Journaling is known to be very helpful in our healing and growth, it allows us to get to know ourselves better, see patterns and notice where possibilities and potential lies.
