Happy New Year. From all my heart to yours; may you and your loved ones be healthy and happy. May this be the year we hug each other again, dance and sing and have tonnes to celebrate. 

Today is the beginning of a new cycle. With or without a New Year’s resolution the beginning of the year most likely come with hopes and dreams, vision, and goals. 

In this meditation, I am taking you on a journey to tap into how you would like TO FEEL in different areas of your life.  And yes, it is a wonderful meditation to do at the beginning of the year, but really you can do it anytime. 

Have a pen and journal close by to take notes.
