The first thing that stands out in this conversation is that you will hear and feel that Karina truly loves what she does. Karina introduces us to Shamanism and explains what Shamanism means for her. It is about connecting with ourselves, with mother nature, with who we really are. We are human beings, not human doings. So it’s all about more being and less doing. Shamanism supports us to reconnect to exactly that - our being.

We also talk about the power of Sisterhood, about coming home with each other. How we as women can nourish and be true to each other without a hidden agenda.

Sisterhood and Shamanism. That’s Karina’s way of life. She works with sisters in a shamanic way. She hosts rituals, sweat lodge, womb blessing, water blessing, fire rituals, and constellation work. Her goal is to help women into their inner knowing,  into their intuition, their creation, and into their bodies.

Karina lives together with her husband and her 2 teenage children,  in an old farmhouse in the Northeast of the Netherlands. She has been a Shamanic worker for almost 9 years and she is also a certified consciousness coach and psychodynamic therapist in education. Before she started her own practice  4 years ago,  she worked 15 years as a psychiatric nurse.
